Wow,
I've heard of stupid things but this takes the cake.

You would think that the whiners would get the fact that we live in NORTHERN Canada where it snows and where the temperature drops to -40 for 3 to 4 months of the year and running a vehicle to keep it warm just makes good sense.

Besides how would they ever police it "Ah" Turn in your neighbor" That's a fantastic idea, lets have our neighbors turns us in and then claim to be a Good Neighbor.
